About Dr. Vicki

My Approach

Practicing as a generalist, I provide active support through guidance and feedback to help you address short- or long-term challenges. I prioritize client strengths and work with you to identify areas of growth. Since everyone is different, I use various combinations of evidence-based approaches in order to provide effective, individualized care. Additionally, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where one can develop insight to better understand and possibly change behavioral or relational patterns that interfere with happiness and fulfillment.
